Installation of septic tank and soakaway in Coleraine.
This customer contacted Wilson Utilities because their toilets were backing up. We attended, surveyed and identified a damage to the septic tank which allowed solid waste to enter the soakaway causing it to no longer allow effluent to percolate through it.
All damaged covered by insurance
We were confident our clients home insurance would cover the damage.
We dealt directly with the insurance company and successfully obtained an insurance settlement to cover the cost of replacing the septic tank and soakaway.
Reinstate lawn to former condition
The ground conditions present resulted in the need for an extensive soakaway. The install took place in November, so we returned in spring to reinstate the lawn exactly as we found it.
