This client accidentally damaged the baffles in their septic tank causing the system to fail.

We replaced the septic tank and soakaway with a sewage treatment plant and discharged the effluent into a stream that runs through the property.

New Sewage Treatment Plant installation Dromore.

The baffles of the septic tank were damaged due to sustained heavy rainfall.  We replaced the septic tank with a 98% BOD Sewage Treatment Plant and discharged the effluent to a near by watercourse.

This clients gardens was extremely well kept, so our men took the time to leave it as we found it.

All works were funded by the clients home insurance.

This customer contacted us as they believed the septic tank was not functioning. Upon inspection, we found the septic tank was working correctly, but the soakaway was damaged. 

Home insurance cover

Fortunately the client had sufficient home insurance cover as we could not find suitable ground to install a new soakaway. We liaised with the insurer and were able to reach an agreement where they would replace the existing system with a sewage treatment plant discharging to a watercourse. 

Excavation

During the excavation we encountered rock, slowing down the progress and increasing the cost of the work, which the insurer duly covered. 

This customer had a beautiful garden, which we left as we found it. The customer was delighted with the quality of our work, which was carried out by a team of highly skilled and professional operatives.

This customer contacted Wilson Utilities because their toilets were backing up. We attended, surveyed and identified a damage to the septic tank which allowed solid waste to enter the soakaway causing it to no longer allow effluent to percolate through it.

All damaged covered by insurance

We were confident our clients home insurance would cover the damage. 

We dealt directly with the insurance company and successfully obtained an insurance settlement to cover the cost of replacing the septic tank and soakaway.
